Warranty Returns

All products purchased through BRISTECH carry the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified. For specific warranty details please email our warranties department at warranty@bristech.com.au

• All goods returned to BRISTECH must be accompanied by a Warranty Return Authorisation Number. Goods delivered to BRISTECH without an RA will not be attended to.
• Cost of returning goods to BRISTECH under warranty is the sender's responsibility.
• Goods should be properly packaged for return, as goods damaged in transit will void warranty.
• Goods returned for warranty will be repaired or replaced at BRISTECH's discretion.
• Whilst BRISTECH will endeavour to return warranted goods to sender as quickly as possible, temporary replacement items will not be supplied.
• A copy of original invoice must also accompany warranty returns.
• Goods returned, with no fault found will be charged a minimum service fee of $25.00 + 10% GST per item.

Dead on Arrival

Products found to be faulty by our technicians after having been notified within 7 days of the invoice date are deemed as dead on arrival. Dead on arrival products will be replaced with new stock where available. Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

Credit and Refund Returns

Goods may be considered as eligible for credit return provided that ALL of the following criteria are met:

• The goods are returned unopened, undamaged and in original packaging, and as such must not have additional price, warranty, freight and or any other stickers & tags attached. and
• the returned goods are received by BRISTECH within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply and can be waived only at the discretion of BRISTECH

If returned goods are deemed by BRISTECH NOT to be in a re-saleable condition, credit will be denied and it will be the senders responsibility to arrange collection of goods. Unless BRISTECH have mis-shipped products, freight charges will be paid by the client. All freight charges will be paid by the client, unless otherwise agreed by BRISTECH.

Pre-built systems

Systems built by BRISTECH are covered under the warranty of each individual part. Warranty does not cover the following:

• End User error
• Incorrectly configured software drivers
• Incorrectly configured BIOS settings
• Incorrectly configured hardware drivers
• Physical Damage
• Application Errors
• Operating System problems not caused by hardware failure
• Normal wear and tear

All Systems returned under warranty conditions will be returned to the customer in the condition they arrived in. Please ensure information is backed up before delivery to us as BRISTECH will not be held responsible for any loss of information.

BRISTECH Website

• The BRISTECH website contains information on goods and services that customers may purchase including product descriptions and specifications. All product information has been provided by the relevant original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or vendor or supplier not BRISTECH. BRISTECH has included it on this website as a convenience only. The customer should confirm all product descriptions and specifications with the relevant original equipment manufacturer or vendor before purchase.
• The BRISTECH website contains hyperlinks and pointers to other websites operated by third parties. Linked websites are not controlled by BRISTECH. BRISTECH is not responsible for the contents of any linked website or any hyperlink contained in a linked website. Discount Coupons and Gift Vouchers

• Discount coupons are only valid if issued by BRISTECH.
• Discount coupons are only valid for the period they are issued and this period can change at the discretion of BRISTECH.
• BRISTECH have the right at their discretion to refuse the application of a discount coupon or gift voucher.
• Only one discount coupon can be used per order.
• Gift vouchers can be used ONCE only.

Limit of Liability

• These conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify the application of any provisions of any Commonwealth, State or territorial law which by law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
• BRISTECH shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, costs, damage, injury to property or persons resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with the acquisition, delivery, re-supply, retaking of possession, installation or use of the goods or any loss, costs, damage or injury resulting from the negligence of BRISTECH, its servants or agents or any other cause whatsoever.
• Any advice, recommendation, information or representation provided by the Company as to the quality or performance of the goods or their suitability for a particular purpose or otherwise in relation to the goods is given in good faith but without but without any liability or responsibility on the part of the company.
• The liability of BRISTECH for a breach of any term, condition or warranty shall be limited to one of the following:
  • the replacement of the products or the supply of the Relevant products, or
  • the repair of the products
